Job Description
Our Client based in Dummer Hampshire who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the UK are looking for a Customer Experience Account Manager on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be situated within the Basingstoke Office where the main focus is to provide exceptional Customer service, providing service reviews to existing clients and to identify up sell and cross sell opportunities to your clients.
Salary & Benefits
* £26-28k per annum OTE 34-36k
* Full time - Monday-Friday
* Free parking,
* Pension.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional Account Management to your customers
* Conduct service reviews and identify up sell and cross sell opportunities
* Passion for providing exceptional customer support and be the main point of contact for your customers
* Dealing with queries resulting in outbound contact as well as inbound.
* Relationship building with your customers is central to this role and there is a daily demand to multi-task
* You will need to be numerate and commercially Savvy as well as being dedicated, loyal and looking to stay long term.
