Job Description
Our Client based in Dummer Hampshire who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the UK are looking for Data Services Delivery Co-ordinator on a fulltime permanent basis. You will be situated within the administration team however due to the current pandemic this role will be home working.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service where you are the main point of contact for delivering, amending and de-commissioning customer's business critical Network infrastructure and pro-actively staying in touch to manage timelines and customer expectations.
* Placing orders, amendments and decommission requests on a range of systems along with providing detailed updates to internal and external customers.
* The role includes mediating between customers, suppliers, resellers and internal teams via telephone, email and video conferencing. You will also be responsible for updating internal CRM to ensure all cases are accurately tracked.
* You will need good attention to detail coupled with a positive minded can-do attitude.
* The ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated is essential as you will be learning a new role remotely after one week's of in-house training.
