GI Group are the official recruitment providers to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth games and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter or Junior Recruiter to join our RPO team onsite at the Games Headquarters in Central Birmingham. Based on Broad Street and reporting directly to the RPO Programme Manager, the Recruiter will be running end to end recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers and HR in the Organising Committee (OC).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high profile and busy RPO due to grow significantly over the life of the B2022 games lifecycle as well as join a large, global recruitment business in GI Group. GI are currently expanding significantly in the UK and further opportunities will be available once the games conclude in 2022.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate attraction, screening and co-ordination of campaigns to attract the best talent from all sectors of the community for this exciting high profile project
Embedded fully into the culture and needs of the client
Maintain an exceptional level of customer service including resolving any issues in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the client
Ensure all elements of the Service Level agreement and KPI's are met
Engagement with candidates, from initial screening through to interviews, interaction with the customer and supporting the on boarding process
Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
Collating of information in line with client requirements
Interaction with internal and external stakeholder both by phone and in person
Supporting the administration of candidates through the ATS system, including engagement and response to candidate applications

Experience and Skills Required:

Experience within the permanent staffing sector (RPO or onsite experience is preferred but not essential)
Demonstrate exceptional standards of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Quality Focus
Willingness to seek new and innovative ways to deliver solutions to our customers
Excellent standard of communication - both written and verbal
Be able to work effectively with all Divisions within the Group
Display the ability to form strong positive working relationships
Effective time management
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems as and when they arise
Demonstrate the ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure, on time & in full
