Our Client based in Basingstoke who specialise in Natural Stone and aggregates are looking for a Sales/Area Manager to cover the South West of the UK. This is a Remote position where you will be responsible for managing your own leads, appointments and diary. Ideally be based in or around the Cornwall or Devon area with the ability to commute to Basingstoke once a week, however, there is flexibility on this for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for Developing and generating new and existing accounts by territory mapping, cold calling, identifying and analysing new potential clients as well as managing an existing client base.
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 -£35,000 per annum + Bonus
* Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
* Company car, laptop and phone provided
* Company credit card provided
* Occasional trips to Spain - Head Office
* Pension scheme

Duties and Responsibilities
* Territory mapping, cold calling, generating new business
* Visiting existing clients building relationships and up selling other products.
* Conducting market research identifying and analysing potential clients
* Promoting, advising and selling products and materials to new clients
* Contract negotiation
* Pricing negotiation
* PSL Completion and support
* Complete management of customer spend and payment
Skills and Requirements
* Previous Sales experience within the kitchen or Stone/Marble Industry.
* Excellent knowledge of the South West area
* Sales and Target Driven
* Customer focused
* Ability to work independently
* Full Driving Licence required
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
