Our client is looking for a Head Chef to join their bustling team in the centre of Newcastle on a temporary on-going basis.
You will be responsible for the provision of seasonal food in a contemporary style, and to a high quality which adhering to strict food hygiene and health and safety in the kitchen at all times. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service and work on a shift basis as required.

Key Responsibilities
* To execute menus that are in line with client and customer expectations at the relevant site.
* To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard, quality and style.
* To produce food in a timely fashion and to ensure a smooth service to the customers.
* To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus being prepared.
* To communicate with the relevant parties' requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients each day.
* To co-ordinate stock ordering.
