Gi Group are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our clients' team based in Elsham Wold Industrial Estate.

**Please be aware, having your own transport is essential due to location**

We are seeking Production operatives that have the desire and capability to develop into upskilled roles.

Shifts (Rotating) ;
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Will include weekends)
* X2 day shifts (6am- 6pm) x2 night shifts (6pm - 6am)

Rate of pay ;
* General Operative £10.63ph
* Skilled Operative £13.28ph

What we are looking for;
* Experience in food production would be advantageous.
* Excellent levels of communication, both written and verbal.
* Keen eye for detail as 'on the line' QC process is part of the role
* Reliability
