Position Title: Part-Time Ad Hoc Worker

Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as part-time ad hoc workers. This role involves completing a variety of tasks, including cleaning, deep cleaning, front-of-house duties, and basic maintenance. If you are friendly, approachable, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and deep cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional front-of-house service, including greeting customers/guests and addressing their needs with a positive attitude.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks, ensuring facilities and equipment are in good working order.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace atmosphere.
Key Attributes and Skills:
- Friendly, approachable, and a "people person" with excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Attention to detail, especially when performing cleaning or maintenance tasks.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, customer service, or maintenance is a plus but not essential - training can be provided.
- A flexible schedule and the ability to work on an as-needed basis.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual tasks such as cleaning or lifting light equipment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
