Now in year two, we’ve published our second Gender Pay Gap report in accordance with the Government’s Gender Pay Gap Regulations.

Whilst our report shows Gi Group UK’s mean and median pay gap is significantly better than the national average, we recognise that more needs to be done. We continue to champion equality in the workplace, both for our own employees and the contingent workforce we employ. We take every opportunity to consult with our clients to ensure that their attraction strategies are inclusive and employees, regardless of gender, are paid according to role.

Outside of the organisation we continue to look for ways to support female talent and are proud to be sponsoring the Star Women in Business Awards in 2019.
