What is Corporate Social Responsibility?

An organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility framework enables it to operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. The main aims are the sustainability of the organisation and the satisfaction of the stakeholders.

The level of influence that a company has on its CSR is driven by the nature of the industry in which it operates.

At Gi Group UK, we work with employees, candidates, clients, suppliers and other business partners, to ensure that our CSR commitments are defined with all of our stakeholders. The progress towards these commitments is regularly evaluated and communicated to all interested parties.

Over the years, we have developed significantly as a responsible business. Now that we have established the areas where we can make a real difference, we have redefined our approach and objectives for 2020 under the “3 Es”:

Stakeholder satisfaction

Engaging Stakeholders

Stakeholder satisfaction

Employment Initiatives
