Production Operative at Andover, Hampshire

Production Operative - Day Shift (Andover) | £12.71 per hour | Weekly Pay

Due to increased demand, our client in Andover is looking for Production Operatives to join their team and support them through a busy period. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Working Hours (40 hours per week)

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:15
• Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 (early finish)

Breaks:

• 30-minute lunch
• 15-minute tea break

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 per hour (day shift)
• Weekly pay
• Temporary to permanent
• Full training provided
• Early finish every Friday
• Free on-site parking
• Overtime available: Friday afternoons (after 16:00) and Saturday mornings

Key Responsibilities

• Working with PVC sheets on large cutting tables
• Fusing PVC sheets using a High Frequency Welder
• Reading drawings and measuring materials accurately

About You

• Open to candidates from all backgrounds
• Hands-on experience in practical roles is beneficial
• Ideally, you'll have some experience in a production/manufacturing environment (not essential)
