Job Overview

• Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11)
• Pay: £15.90 per hour (weekly pay)
• Hours: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
• Industry: Engineering, Manufacturing, Metal Cutting
• Progression: Full training + long‑term development

Key Responsibilities

• Operating saws to cut metal materials to precise customer specifications
• Using band saws, with circular saw or bar saw experience also welcomed
• Completing general warehouse and production duties
• Maintaining accuracy, quality, and safe working practices at all times
• Following all company procedures and production guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Saw Operative, Machine Operative, or Metal Cutter
• Experience operating band saws (metal cutting preferred)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work rotating shifts
