Location: Banbury

Pay: £13.59 - £15.93 depending on shift pattern

Shifts: Days and Nights available

Days - 0600 - 1400

Nights - 2200 - 0600

Gi Group are recruiting for a dynamic and reliable Production Operative on behalf of our established cardboard packaging manufacturing client in Banbury

Role Overview:

You'll be part of a fast-paced team, operating production machinery, quality-checking finished products, and maintaining efficiency. This is a temp to perm opportunity for candidates seeking long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery

· Conduct quality checks on product output

· Support packing and distribution as needed

· Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

· Work effectively across rotating shift pattern

Requirements:

· Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail and work ethic

· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
