Class 2 Drivers at Bicester, Oxfordshire

GI Group are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers on a Temp to Perm basis.

Driver's shifts:

We are looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers to work afternoon/evening start times on an ad-hoc basis.

- 0300-0600 start times

- Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday

- Ad-Hoc weekend work available (Friday, Saturday & Monday)

- Average 9-hour shift

HGV Class 2 Drivers pay & benefits:

- All hours are paid at £19.74 her hour*

* Please note that these pay rates are PAYE and include advanced holiday pay

HGV Class 2 Driver main duties will include:

- Conducting Vehicle checks

- 4-8 deliveries per shift

- Heavy manual handling

- Delivering Raw, prepared and ready to heat meals to resturants, pubs, hotels & kitchens

- Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met

HGV Class 2 Driver requirements:

- A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.

- No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes

- Hold a valid, in date Tachograph & CPC

- Aged 25+ for insurance purposes

- Have good customer service skills

- Previous experience using a sack barrow or Pallet truck is preferred

- Must have at least 6 months multi-drop experience
