3.5T Driver at Bourne end, Buckinghamshire

We're recruiting a reliable 3.5T Van Driver for our construction based client to complete deliveries and collections, ensuring goods arrive safely and on time. This is a hands-on role involving loading/unloading and working both on the road and at delivery points.

Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week - early start)

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a 3.5 tonne van completing multi-drop deliveries and collections:
• Loading/unloading items safely and securing loads correctly
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining accurate delivery notes/PODs and communicating updates as needed
• Providing professional, friendly customer service at all delivery points
• Following all road safety, compliance and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Full UK driving licence (Category B)
• Previous van driving experience (multi-drop desirable)
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance
• Strong timekeeping and communication skills
• Physically fit for loading/unloading and working outdoors when required
