Production Operative

Location: Severn Beach, Bristol (BS10)

Driving required due to location

Pay: £13.71 per hour, paid weekly

Full‑time, Temp to Perm

Hours: 6am-4pm, Monday to Friday

The Role

We're looking for a Production Operative to join a busy metal recovery and processing site in Severn Beach. You'll operate plant equipment, support safe site operations, and help keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Health & Safety compliance - follow site rules, wear PPE, report hazards.
• Operating plant machinery - monitor equipment, maintain material flow, support metal recovery.
• Quality checks - monitor product quality and report issues.
• Basic maintenance - cleaning, routine checks, reporting defects.
• Housekeeping - keep work areas clean and safe.
• Training participation - attend toolbox talks and required training.

What We're Looking For

• Safety‑first mindset
• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork
• Experience in waste recycling, industrial processing, aggregates, quarrying, or heavy plant is an advantage.
