Production Operative at Coventry, West midlands

We are currently recruiting for a well-known automotive seat manufacturer within the Coventry area who are looking for Assembly Operatives to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity, ideally suited to candidates that have previous automotive, or manufacturing skills and are able to meet the physical demands of a busy production line.

Inductions will happen asap.

Shifts:

* Day Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Thursday & 06:00 - 11:00 Friday

Rotating Weekly:

* 06:00 - 13:30 Monday to Thursday & 06:00 - 13:00 Friday

* 13:30 - 21:00 Monday to Thursday & 13:00 - 20:00 Friday

* Night Shift: 21:00 - 06:00 Monday to Thursday

The Pay rates:

* Days - £13.66 per hour

* Rotation - £14.62 per hour

* Days - £15.89 per hour

Duties:

Your duties as an operative may include but are not limited to:

* Building quality car seats for a very well-known brand

* Working as part of a team to pick parts and assemble seats

* Acting responsibly to maintain a clean and safe working environment

* Working quickly and efficiently to deadlines

* Quality Control

Previous experience of working within a fast paced production and assembly environment would be an advantage for this role.
