Production Operative

Location: Cam, GL11

Pay: £20.19 per hour (weekly pay)

Contract: Temporary

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts rotating

Days: 6:00am-6:00pm AND Nights: 6:00pm-6:00am

The role

We're recruiting a Temporary Production Operative to support a busy factory site in Cam (GL11), working in the Wet Area and/or Packing Area. You'll help ensure safe, hygienic and efficient production and packing, following SOPs and site standards.

Key duties

• Production/packing line support (only tasks you're trained and authorised to do)
• Maintain hygiene, GMP and food safety standards
• Manual handling of materials and goods (as per training)
• Quality checks, paperwork and reporting any issues immediately
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and audit-ready

What we're looking for

• Factory/production/packing experience is beneficial (not essential)
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work at pace
• Comfortable working both days and nights on a 4 on / 4 off rota.
