Gi Group Scunthorpe is recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join our customer's team, based in Gainsborough. Our client is a leading global business in the ingredients, taste, and nutrition food sector, and this position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within their dynamic team.

This is a temporary position, ideal for candidates with previous experience in food manufacturing or machine operation.
Hours of Work for Food Production Operative:
Varies between departments:
* Working Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts

Rate of Pay for Food Production Operative:
* £12.42 per hour
* Overtime is regularly available

Key Attributes for Food Production Operative:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced food production environment
* Flexible and adaptable approach to workplace tasks
* Previous experience in food manufacturing (essential)
* Previous experience in machine operative roles (advantageous)

Your Role as a Food Production Operative:
* Carry out general production duties including preparing, packing, and processing food products
* Operate machinery as required, after suitable training
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
