Assembly Operatives - Gainsborough

Gi Group is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established, growing manufacturer in Gainsborough, specialising in high-quality springs.

Pay

• £12.91 per hour
• Overtime available

Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week (Fri-Sun off)

Key duties

• Operating machinery within a workshop/production environment
• Winding and assembly tasks (full training provided where needed)
• Manual handling and moving materials safely
• General workshop duties including keeping your area clean and organised
• Supporting the team with other reasonable tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Able to work to deadlines and KPIs
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• A team player who can also work independently when required
• Uses initiative and has a proactive approach
• Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
