Knifehand - Fish Trimmers / Headers / Pinboners

We're recruiting Knifehands to join a busy fish processing site. If you've got strong knife skills and can work at pace, we want to hear from you.

Trimmers

Headers

Pinboners

Location:

Grimsby

Pay rate:

£13.11 - £13.40 per hour

Overtime: paid at time and a quarter

Shifts:

Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Every other Saturday: 6:00am - 12:00pm

What you'll be doing:

Trimming, heading, or pinboning fish to required quality standards

Working safely with knives and following hygiene/food safety procedures

Meeting daily production targets in a chilled environment

when not required to trim, pinbone or de head you will be required to do production & line work.
