Senior Customer Service Representative
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid)
Contract: Temporary (12 months)
We're recruiting a Senior Customer Service Representative to join a busy customer support team based in Hemel Hempstead. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, managing queries end-to-end, processing orders and quotations, and working with internal teams to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.
Senior Customer Service Representative Shift:
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 17:00 (flexible hours)
Senior Customer Service Representative Pay Rate:
£14.95 per hour
Senior Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries by phone/email and providing clear, timely updates
- Processing sales orders accurately using ERP/CRM systems
- Creating and managing quotations
- Tracking orders/shipments and resolving delivery or order issues
- Maintaining accurate customer and order data (high-volume data entry)
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and prevent delays
- Proactively following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting continuous improvement and team support/cross-training activities
Senior Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (SSC/multinational environment preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus)
- SAP (C11) experience required
- ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and CRM/customer service software experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach with customers
- Able to work independently and use initiative
