We are currently looking for a motivated Production Operative for our client in Kettering.

Location: Kettering (NN15)

Pay: £14.09 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Type: Temp on going position

Your key responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to keep production flowing
• Conduct quality checks to ensure only the best products leave the line
• Assist with palletising and bailing to support streamlined operations
• Sorting and checking the products on the line before the next production step
• Hitting daily targets for production
