Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday

Hours: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 13:00

Pay: £16 - £18 depending on experience

Overtime: Available after 40 hours

Location: Leicester, LE2 - onsite with occasional site work in London

We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join a busy and growing manufacturing team within the construction industry. Specialising in high-quality hotel interiors and bespoke door manufacturing, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced joiner who takes pride in producing detailed, high-end work.

Duties:

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery products to detailed specifications
• Producing high-quality doors, cabinetry, and interior fit-out components
• Working with a variety of hardwoods, softwoods, and engineered timber products
• Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Completing intricate and detailed joinery work to a high standard
• Occasionally attending sites in London for installation or related works (same-day travel required).

What we are looking for:

• Own hand tools and power tools are essential
• Good dexterity and the ability to carry out precise, detailed work
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Candidates from a variety of joinery, woodworking, manufacturing, and construction backgrounds will be considered
• CSCS Card is advantageous but not essential
• Driving licence is essential
