Hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Overview

We are recruiting an Industrial Cleaner for a well-established industrial manufacturing business in Newbury. This is a hands-on, manual cleaning role within a food factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of production areas, equipment, floors, walls and work surfaces
• Cleaning down machinery and ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards
• Handling waste removal and disposal in line with site procedures
• Using industrial cleaning products and equipment safely (e.g., hoses, foaming chemicals, scrubbing tools)
• Completing cleaning tasks to deadlines and following cleaning schedules/checklists
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements for a Industrial Cleaner

• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Physically fit - this is a manual role with heavy lifting involved
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety
• Previous industrial/ factory cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
