Production Operative

Location: Northampton

Salary: £12.71+ depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 0730 - 1700 / Friday 0730 - 1230

Contract Type: Temp to perm

About Us:

We are looking for experienced shoemakers to join our team. Previous experience in a footwear manufacturing environment is essential. Experience in either Lasting, Making, Quality or Shoe Room departments is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on ensuring work is to the highest levels of quality
• Toe Lasting / Edge trimming / Back part moulding
• Using the sewing machines
• Working within the closing room
• Quality control for finished products
