As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the UK operations, helping to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Hours of work as a Machine Operator:
- Rotating weekly shifts
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate as a Machine Operator:
- £13.64 per hour

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:
As part of the production team, you'll contribute to the smooth running of operations. Responsibilities include:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out basic machine checks, start-ups, changeovers, and shut-downs.
- Monitoring production output to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identifying faults/issues and escalating to the relevant team/engineer when required.
- Completing production and quality records accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with site standards.
What makes a successful Machine Operator?
We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are keen to develop their skills in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience as a Machine Operator (or within a similar manufacturing/production role).
- Be able to follow SOPs and work to strict quality and safety standards.
- Have good attention to detail and be able to work at pace.
- Be a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Be flexible to work weekly rotating shifts.
