  • Strong attention to detail and a "right first time" mindset
  • Good manual dexterity / fine motor skills (comfortable with small parts)
  • Able to follow technical instructions and procedures accurately
  • Confident using computers (Microsoft Office essential)

Desirable (nice to have)

  • Background in Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Optics or Semiconductor manufacturing
  • Cleanroom / controlled-environment experience
  • SAP / ERP exposure

Working environment

  • Aerospace & Defence manufacturing facility
  • Some roles based in controlled‑temperature areas and/or cleanrooms
  • Repetitive fine-motor tasks; extended periods sitting or standing

Important eligibility requirement

Due to access and security requirements, only sole UK nationals can be considered for this role.

Interested?

Apply today with your CV. If you've done assembly work with small components (electronics, optics, medical devices, PCB, fine assembly, inspection or test), we'd like to hear from you.
