Warehouse Operative - Nights

£15.24 per hour | Sunday-Thursday | 21:30-06:30 | 12-week Temp to Perm

Location: Hedge End, Southampton (Site-based - driving licence preferred due to location)

Looking to joing a company with a great team culture and long-term opportunity? We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a busy warehouse operation on their night shift by keeping pick locations fully stocked and ready for the morning pick team.

Shift & Pay

• Pay: £15.24 per hour
• Shift pattern: Sunday to Thursday
• Hours: 21:30 - 06:30
• Breaks: 1 hour unpaid lunch + 2 x 15-minute breaks paid

The Role - What you'll be doing

• Replenish pick locations across the warehouse
• Move and top up stock that has been dropped into the aisles by FLT drivers
• Complete manual handling and heavy lifting of items ranging from 1kg up to 25kg
• Use a manual pump truck to move stock (LLOP/EHPTs are also used on site)

• Able to work well within a team
• Warehouse experience
• Due to the location, own transport is ideal
