Gi Group, the leading Italian multinational staffing company, active in more than 50 countries across the globe and among the top 6 staffing companies in Europe, has concluded the acquisition of Axxis Intérim & Recrutement, Axxis Formation and SES Recrutement, a well established, Marseille-based French company.

Active for more than 45 years, Axxis operates though 54 branches across France, offering temporary staffing solutions, permanent recruitment and training to more than 1700 clients.

“We were looking for a leading industrial partner for our subsidiary Axxis so that it can continue its development. We are glad to have found this in Gi Group. Commenting on the acquisition, Stefano Colli-Lanzi, CEO and President of the Gi Group says: “This acquisition allows us to improve our positioning and be even more competitive in France, a country that is very important to us. It also further strengthens our position as a global player in the HR services sector, and is in line with our medium-term objective of reaching € 6 billion in turnover by 2023.”

“I can’t wait” concludes Colli-Lanzi “to welcome the Axxis team to the Gi Group and to start working together on solutions that truly respond to the increasingly complex and diversified needs of the French labour market.”
