When you start your Apprenticeship, as a very minimum, you will earn the National Minimum Apprenticeship wage. However, many employers pay more. It depends on the Apprenticeship you do. However, an advanced Apprenticeship qualification is the equivalent of having a foundation degree.
Most employers will indeed keep an Apprentice on as a full time employee if they have performed well throughout the Apprenticeship.
