Gi Group UK has invested in programmes to improve employability in the markets in which we operate.

Programmes range from encouraging the aspirations of school children to providing careers guidance in colleges, up to pre-employment training and the provision of formal qualifications. This has resulted in qualifications being delivered to people with little formal education and the placement of previously unemployed people into over 3600 permanent jobs.

“Employability” has improved employee engagement within our business and transformed Gi Group UK into a model of what employment agencies should look like in the 21st century, also helping to differentiate us in a very competitive market.

We continue to develop our Employability programme and increase the opportunities for young workers to obtain nationally recognised qualifications and ultimately find permanent work.
