At this year’s IRP Awards Gi Group UK was winner of the category Best Recruitment Campaign.

This prestigious award was given in recognition of the creative, innovative and highly successful dual-branded recruitment campaign we designed and implemented for our Site Managed Services team at Boots Service Centre, Burton.

With high volumes of staff to recruit to support peak demand, the flexible employee themed campaign included a social media programme of ‘Day in the Life’ story books, quotes and videos of our workers and account team. This was supported by a wide range of printed materials, referral incentives, pop-up shops and an engagement programme with local job centres and training providers.

An IRP Award is recognised as the highest accolade an individual or company can receive in the recruitment industry and sets the bar for recruitment professionals and businesses to aspire to.
