Production Operative

Location: Baxenden, Accrington BB5

Pay: £12.21 per hour (21+), £10.00 (under 21).

Overtime Rate: £15.26 per hour (21+), £12.50 (under 21).

Shifts: Monday to Thursday – Day (07:30–15:30), Friday (07:30–14:30)

  • Processing and packing products over an 8-hour shift pattern
  • Maintaining quality and accuracy in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Contributing as an effective team member
  • Adhering to food safety, health & safety, and site regulations

What we're looking for:

  • Team players with reliability, flexibility and strong timekeeping
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and work within site and industry guidelines

Pay Details:

  • Standard pay: £12.21/hr (21+), £10.00/hr (under 21)
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (25% premium) after 36.5 hours/week (excluding breaks): £15.26/hr (21+), £12.50/hr (under 21)
