Production Operative – Specials Department
Location: Almondsbury, Bristol (BS32)
Pay Rate: £13.76 – £15.82 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Reporting to: Specials Manager

What You’ll Be Doing as a Production Operative
- Producing bespoke blocks and components to customer specifications
- Transferring wet clay onto stillages
- Building accurate brick firing stacks
- Sorting fired bricks into customer-ready packs
- Maintaining excellent health & safety and housekeeping standards

- Any manufacturing or upskilling qualifications
Working Hours
Training Period (12–16 weeks)
- Mon–Thu: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Fri: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Post‑Training Shift Pattern (Days Only)
- 5 on / 5 off: 5:00am – 5:00pm
- 4 on / 4 off: 5:00am – 5:00pm
These patterns provide excellent work–life balance while offering consistent, ongoing hours.
