Production Operative
Ashbourne
Our company is looking for Production Operatives to join our client based in Ashbourne.
Rotating Shift:
Monday - Friday: 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm
OT after 40 hours x 1.5
OT Sundays x 2
Pay rate:
£12.50 per hour (paid breaks)
Production Operative Responsibilities:
* Carrying out Line Feeding duties when needed.
* Stock control.
* Loading and unloading wagons.
* A lot of manual handling up to 25 kg
* Basic picking and packing around the warehouse.
* Working on the production line
* Stacking pallets
* Adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures.
* Loading and unloading of deliveries.
* Reporting any damages to the product.
* Communicating effectively within the workplace.
* Identifying and labelling pallets for dispatch.
* Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations.
Production Operative Requirements:
* Have a right first-time attitude as accuracy is critical in the role.
* Able to work both shifts rotating
* Have experience of working in an open-air yard environment.
* Own transport preferable.
* Boots and Hi Vis.
