GI Group are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for our Atherstone site (CV9), which will be moving to Bardon, Coalville (LE67) in 2027.

This is a full‑time Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity within a busy warehouse environment. You’ll be joining a friendly team with great long‑term prospects, competitive pay, and strong benefits once permanent.

Hours & Shifts:

• Start at 5am, finish when the shift is complete (around 7–8 hours)
• 4 days on, 2 days off
• Some weekend shifts included

Pay Rates:

• £13.44 per hour initially
• £14.93 per hour after 12 weeks

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking orders using a voice‑pick headset (training provided)
• Using LLOP equipment (training provided)
• Palletising and wrapping stock
• Quality checking items
• Moving goods to despatch
• Supporting other departments when required
• Immediate starts available
• First openings will be in the Chill area, with Ambient roles coming later

• Your own transport to both Atherstone and Bardon
• Ability to work weekends on a rota
