Job Title: Customer Sales Representative
Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: £12.21 per hour plus commission
Location: Call center (with travel allowance eligibility)
Opening Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9am – 7pm
- Friday 9am – 4pm
Role Overview:
The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with lapsed clients via outbound calls, reactivating sales opportunities, and accurately updating client records. The role is target-driven with commission incentives to reward sales performance. Product knowledge is a key part of the role, ensuring credible recommendations and customer confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to lapsed clients from provided lists
- Promote products/services and convert calls into sales
- Participate in product taste-testing to gain practical product knowledge
- Accurately enter and update client information in the database
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (face-to-face or phone-based)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to taste-test products and maintain in-depth product knowledge
- Sales background advantageous but not essential
- Organized, with good attention to detail and data entry skills
Additional Information:
- Fuel allowance available for employees living over 10 miles from the call center
- Commission paid on qualifying sales
