Manufacturing Operator

Contract: 9 months
Full time – Monday to Friday (Nightshift)
Join a team behind a world leading scientific company serving science solutions. As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be carrying out the production process which involves following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Institution Documents and blueprints/drawings, handling materials and equipment operation.
Manufacturing Operator Shifts:
• Monday to Friday
• 22:00 – 06:00
Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:
• Follow manufacturing SOPs, complete production floor paperwork required by the quality system and record information such as weight, time and date packaged.
• Assist with validation of equipment
• Read and understand work orders to successfully set up material on production line, and verify the amounts required as per work order.
• Inspect material, products and containers at each set up of production process
• Wrap protective material around products, weigh containers and adjust quantities, close, seal and label containers.
• Line Clearance – responsible to reconciliation and disposal of materials related to the job.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware or equipment as needed.
Manufacturing Operator Required Skills:
• Experience working within a lab/manufacturing environment
• Must have a keen eye for detail and quality control
• Must be proficient in Microsoft packages and manufacturing systems.
• Be able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining communication, health, safety and quality standards.
