Operations Manager – Basingstoke
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits
Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Basingstoke-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and deliver operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily operational activities to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations
- Drive workflow efficiency and implement technology solutions
- Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and support strategic financial decisions
- Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards
- Develop and maintain risk management strategies and quality control measures
- Collaborate with senior leadership and coordinate with other departments
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Proven team management and process improvement experience
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Analytical, organised, and results-driven under pressure
