Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £35,000 per annum 

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-4pm Friday


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knowledge of for streamlining processes and supporting sales operations? We’re recruiting for a Order Processor to act as the central hub between Production, Sales, Logistics and Sourcing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process sales orders and maintain sales documentation.

Manage customer invoicing, ensuring alignment with compliance standards

Compile and analyse weekly sales reports, gross margin analysis, and sales forecasting data.

Maintain structured costing and quotation systems

Coordinate shipment dates and delivery priorities with Production and Sales teams.

Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM

Support customer queries, claims, and ESG-related requests, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient sales execution and excellent customer service.


Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, customer service or similar roles

Familiarity with sales-to-cash processes, sales data analysis, costing, and margin management.

Proficient in Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
