Our client based in Basingstoke are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis to support them through their peak period.

They are offering a great opportunity to work within a great environment helping them meet their peak targets. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and picking and packing experience is essential.

Shift patterns:

Core working hours:
8am-4pm

There is a potential a split shift will be introduced so it is necessary you are able to work the below hours if needed:
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm

Pay rates:
Basic Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Tier 1 Target: £13.43 per hour
Tier 2 Target: £14.65 per hour

The role:
* Picking and packing
* Using a hand held scanner
* Compile and load various packages before they are delivered.
* Manual handling of heavy packages
* Adhering to health and safety requirements


Skills and Attributes required:
* Versatile and flexible
* Basic Computer Literacy
* Communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Heavy lifting up to 25 kg
* Good ability to read and write
* Warehouse experience
