Gi Group are looking for an experienced class 2 shunter to join the night team with a local food distribution company, this will be both on-site shunting and running to the local sister site. Deliveries can include fresh and frozen meat and alcohol

Class 2 rates

·        £22.41 including holiday pay (PAYE only no umbrellas)

Class 2 shifts

·        Week 1 Sunday to Friday night

·        Week 2 Monday to Friday night

·        22:00-06:00 shifts

Class 2 role

·        Bay to bay movements

·        Movements between site and the local sister site

·        Daily vehicle checks

·        Loads may contain alcohol and fresh/frozen meat

·        General yard duties

Class 2 requirements

·        In date, UK, class 2 licence with minimum 1 years’ experience

·        In date CPC and tacho

·        Over 25 for insurance purposes

·        Previous multi-drop experience preferred

·        Good customer service skills

·        Reliable, punctual, and professional

·        An interview will need to be done prior to starting
