We're currently recruiting Line Leaders to join our busy client site in Bourne. In this role, you'll take the lead on a cutting and packing line, ensuring fresh herbs are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Shifts Available

Day Shift
* 2 on / 2 off / 3 on
* 07:00 - 19:00
* £13.59 per hour

Night Shift
* Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
* 19:00 - 03:30
* £14.59 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a production team on a fresh herb line
* Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are met
* Monitor line performance, reduce downtime, and control waste
* Coach operatives and support day-to-day performance
* Complete production paperwork and ensure traceability
* Ensure machinery is correctly set up and cleaned

What We're Looking For
* Experience in food production or FMCG (fresh produce preferred)
* Previous experience as a Line Leader / Team Leader
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Good attention to detail and quality
* Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
* Hands-on and reliable
