Pay Rate: £12.42 per hour + £10 shift allowance per completed night shift
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 07:00
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operative to join their night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC machinery to produce timber components to specification
• Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
• Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Working efficiently to meet production targets
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Previous CNC Machine Operative experience (essential)
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and willingness to work in a busy environment
