Reach Truck Driver – Coventry – £13.77 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy, fast-paced operation in Coventry.

Key details:

Rotating shifts: 1 week rotation

•   • 06:00 – 14:00 (Fri 06:00 – 13:10)
•   • 14:00 – 22:30 (Fri 13:10 – 18:30)

Pay: £13.77 per hour

Role: 100% on FLT (Reach Truck)

Environment: High volume, fast-moving

Key Responsibilities:

• Moving stock and materials across the warehouse using the Reach Truck
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Stacking, replenishing, and relocating pallets
• Carrying out accurate picking in line with production requirements
• Completing pre-use vehicle checks and reporting faults immediately
• Maintaining a clean, safe working area and following all safety procedures
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet throughput targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience consistently operating a Reach Truck
• Valid Reach Truck licence
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
