We are currently looking to recruit Tray Wash Operatives to join us at our client based in Coventry, Prologis Park, CV6 4BX. 

We want motivated & reliable candidates who want to learn new skills.  

The tray wash operative covers a range of duties from working on the wash machines, tray sorting, loading, stacking and unloading. 

Shift pattern for this site is 3 on /3 off | 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights) 

Day shift: 6am-6pm Pay rate: £12.35 / £13.85 

Night shift: 6pm-6am Pay rate: £13.01 / £14.51 

Duties Include: 

• Prepare plastic trays for re-use 
• To ensure the productivity and efficiency targets are achieved 
• Carry out various hygiene tasks 
• Load/unload plastic trays onto a conveyor belt 
• Sort & organise all trays into correct sizes 
• Ensuring that site Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures are followed 
• Quality control 
• Keeping the warehouse tidy
