Production Operative – Days & Nights

Location: Cramlington

Pay: Days £16.15ph / Nights £17.50ph


Our client is a world leader in science–based solutions. Join a dedicated, high-performing team manufacturing single-use medical products in a cGMP cleanroom environment.


Roles Available:

  • Day Shift Operators x5 (4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, days)
  • Night Shift Operators x2 (4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, nights)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual assembly of medical components to strict quality standards
  • Accurately follow assembly drawings and SOPs
  • Ensure product quality and cGMP compliance
  • Set up raw materials; maintain cleanroom 7S standards
  • Complete batch documentation and support continuous improvement

Attributes Required:

  • Previous manufacturing / cleanroom experience ideal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Basic maths skills; able to work effectively in a team
  • Flexible, dependable, safety-focused
