Location: Desborough
Pay: £12.95 - £14.23 depending on shift pattern
Shifts: Days and Nights available

Days - Rotating shift 0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200
Nights - 2200 - 0600

GI Group are recruiting for a dynamic and reliable Production Operative on behalf of our established cardboard packaging manufacturing client in Desborough

Role Overview:
You'll be part of a fast-paced team, operating production machinery, quality-checking finished products, and maintaining efficiency across rotating shifts. This is a temp to perm opportunity for candidates seeking long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
* Conduct quality checks on product output
* Support packing and distribution as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
* Work effectively across rotating shift pattern

Requirements:
* Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Willingness to work rotating shifts
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
