Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a potential temp to perm opportunity?

Our client are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their warehouse team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the chance for the right candidate to secure a permanent position after a successful probationary period.

Location: Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 2am to 8:30am (for the first week) and then the hours will be 2am to 10:30am (from the following week onwards)

Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour

Start date: 30th September 2025

Key Responsibilities

* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
* Stock replenishment and rotation
* Carrying out general warehouse duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
* Using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, scanners) as required
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times
* Assisting with stock checks and inventory management


Skills & Requirements

* Previous warehouse or similar experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
* Good level of physical fitness (role involves manual handling and standing for long periods)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and with a positive "can-do" attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Basic English literacy and numeracy skills
