Gi Group are seeking a Development Coordinator for an Education Trust in North Lincolnshire. This role involves overseeing educational visits across the academy, ensuring they are planned and resourced in accordance with best practices and IET policies. Additional duties include supporting the coordination of Personal Development, providing general administrative support as required, and assisting with tasks such as note-taking, event organisation, public relations, research, and marketing
Hours and pay:
* Monday- Friday
* Term time only
* 37 hours per week
* Permanent
* £26,308 FTE

Typical duties:
* Research proposed trip locations and providers, ensuring they are reputable
* Keep up to date with relevant legislations- ensuring all activities meet guidance requirements
* Oversee the logistics, cost & relevance of all proposed trips and visits
* Administer the relevant system, keeping records of all trips
* Oversee the preparation procedures for all educational visits, both domestic and foreign
* Develop and deliver, where appropriate, workplace visits
* Maintain the careers library area
About you:
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Very good interpersonal and customer care skills
* First Aid Qualification
* Basic understanding of child development and learning
* Ability to use IT effectively, including Microsoft software
